Grand Prize Winner, 2nd Baden-Wurttemberg International Piano Competition

AnnaLotte Smith is a “Young American concert pianist who has been making waves on both sides of the Atlantic with her moving performances.” (Lynn News, England). AnnaLotte gave her first solo recital at age 8, performed her orchestral debut at age 12, and began concertizing internationally at age 13. She has successfully competed in multiple international competitions, most notably winning the Grand Prix at the Second Baden-Württemberg International Piano Competition in Germany. She has been featured as a soloist and chamber musician on multiple international concert tours and festivals such as Mostly Modern Festival, USA; International Mozarteum Summer Academy, Austria; Accademia Pianistica Internazionale di Imola, Italy; and Classical Bridge Festival, USA. She frequently combines music with social activism, performing over a hundred hours of music for COVID patients around the country. Her performance practice research has brought her into demand as a music consultant for the historic instrument collection at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and movie sets in NYC. AnnaLotte is a Steinway Educator and holds a BM in Piano Performance from Westminster Choir College at Rider University with additional studies at Princeton University as well as an MM in Piano Performance from Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
